Job Summary

  • Manage service for local policies with higher degree of complexity, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with assigned clients and brokers to ensure that AIG locally meets their needs in a cost-effective way.
  • Contribute to the training and development of Issuing Office and Shared Services staff to improve technical competence, systems usage and service delivery.
