Job Summary
The Field Rep Development Program is an 18–24-month developmental program designed to build skills necessary to partner with Caterpillar Dealers and drive customer loyalty.
Participants will receive a 12-week training program including workshops, travel to Caterpillar facilities in Asia and Europe, and rotational assignments to gain broad business knowledge.
