  • Troubleshooting Web Services / APIs
  • Working with data formats XML and JSON
  • Linux, SQL, DBMS knowledge

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a Technical Support role
  • 2+ years' experience as a support engineer
  • Experience managing highly escalated cases
  • Working knowledge of Java, .NET, C#, or other programming language
  • Using ELK / any log aggregation tool
