Mid-level (Level 3): $68,000 – $92,000; Senior level (Level 4): $80,750 – $109,250; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid/unpaid time away from work.
