Job Summary

  • Working under the direction of the Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions of assigned construction projects including procurement of material and supplies, placing of subcontracts, processing of change orders, communication with clients, architects, and suppliers.
  • The Assistant Project Manager works on-site daily and is responsible for managing subcontractors and suppliers with regards to submittals, deliveries, schedules, availability of materials, and pending estimates.
  • The position requires an in-depth understanding of all major construction methods and procedures, strong oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
