Must-have
Civil Engineering or Architecture degree
Project leadership and site supervision experience
Knowledge of work safety norms and legal compliance
Technical report writing and photo documentation skills
Cost, schedule, and scope control capabilities
Ability to identify construction pathologies
Nice-to-have
PMP certification or Project Management post-grad
Advanced MS Project and Primavera software skills
Experience with facilities management platforms
Safety certifications like NR-35 or NR-33
Sustainability and environmental certification knowledge
Corporate large-scale project experience
