Job Summary
The MRO Support Manager will be responsible for managing all technical support and engineering/maintenance activities within our Part 145 MRO shop.
You’ll lead a team of engineers to develop new repair capabilities and approve technical documentation, including repair procedures, work instructions, and process specifications, based on OEM approved data or alternative means of compliances.

Key Requirements
Engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
7+ years engineering experience in aviation repair
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of key management tools
Understanding of Airworthiness regulations (FAA, EASA, CAAS, CAAC)
Part 145 requirements knowledge
Strong knowledge in technical documents
Proficient in IT applications (ERP/SAP, MS Office, Power BI)
