Job Summary
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for supporting payroll operations in the compilation and uploading of complex data inputs, reviewing data inputs prior to the processing of payroll and reconciling payroll outputs to ensure accurate and compliant payrolls across the assigned markets.
This role will serve as an agent of change to transform current payroll operations to achieve the target service delivery model, working closely with business partners and payroll vendors.
Responsibilities include managing SSL uploads, investigating overpayments/underpayments, responding to complex inquiries, adhering to policies, and executing complex activities such as data analytics and expat payroll processing.
