Job Summary

  • Responsibilities include drafting financing and disclosure documents, assisting with closings, supporting due diligence, filing reports, and maintaining transaction databases.
  • This role will be based in one of our U.S. offices on a hybrid basis or on a remote basis, with regular in-office presence required.
