The African Leadership University (ALU) is seeking a Professor of Practice to lead its School of Business, focusing on business, finance, economics, and international trade education. The ideal candidate will have significant academic and industry experience in Africa, with a strong emphasis on program development, leadership, and quality assurance
Job Summary
The incumbent will serve as the intellectual leader and architect for the development of a suite of academic programmes in line with the needs of the Continent and the mission of ALU.
This person is the leader of business education encompassing programme design, programme alignment and articulation, quality standards, mission alignment of business education and overall business efficacy (which includes student satisfaction).
ALU's mission is bold: to develop ethical, entrepreneurial changemakers who will shape Africa’s future.

Doctoral degree (preferably PhD)
