Key Requirements

  • Minimum five years building engineering experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (RACM) or HVAC Certificate
  • Gasfitter A or B certification
  • Canadian ODP Certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must meet security clearance requirements
