Job Summary
The Director of Staff Development (DSD) is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for nursing assistants.
The DSD also provides direct resident/patient care and assists with the overall supervision and management of the staff.
This role requires coordinating and participating in recruiting and hiring, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
