Key Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations principles
  • Foundational investigation skills
  • Sound judgment and escalation ability
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
