Base: $87,500.00 - $109,400.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: annual bonus plan, potential long-term equity incentive plan; Benefits: full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits

Key Requirements
3+ Years of Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Fluency in French and English
Strong working knowledge of employee relations principles
Foundational investigation skills
Sound judgment and escalation ability
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong active listening skills
Ability to manage multiple cases
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed and global environment
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR case management systems
