Job Summary

  • This leader will be key for the Manufacturing Operations organization, responsible for leading the teams that execute effective shop floor operations, manufacturing and testing to ensure factory success.
  • This role will drive execution on critical KPI’s around safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • The leader will partner with the entire Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) organization to develop strategies that support strategic business decisions and initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 14 years relevant experience
  • Supervisory or managerial experience
