Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain strategies to improve sales KPIs, analyze and report out regional sales metrics, and lead retention and GM counters strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to establish action plans to improve CSI Services metrics, implement process improvements for Dealer’s operation, and collaborate with dealerships to attain business goals.
  • Builds a diverse and effective team by selecting the best talent, handling performance and providing mentorship/coaching, and manage the culture within their organization.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Finance, or related field

  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
