Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and 6 months related experience
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Wilderness First Aid/Wilderness First Responder Certification or higher
  • Full understanding of climbing gear and knots
  • Ability to enforce Field House policies
  • Must be a resident of the State of Colorado
