Job Summary

  • This is an opportunity to combine your trade expertise with coordination responsibilities across a large and complex campus environment.
  • In this role, you will remain hands-on with plumbing systems, while also acting as a key on-site contact, supporting minor works, coordinating contractors, resolving technical issues, and helping ensure facilities operate efficiently.
  • Work-Life Balance 36.25-hour week with optional 9-day fortnight Consistent start and finish location, no travelling between sites Predictable hours with minimal disruption.

Salary

Base: $95,361 – $102,302; Allowances: Allowances + Overtime; Benefits: 17% Super + 17.5% annual leave loading
