Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for stewarding the company’s investment in assigned partnerships by ensuring strong financial and operational performance as well as transparent communication among owners and external stakeholders.
  • The director oversees overall JV business planning and performance and manages a team to ensure compliance with governance agreements, regulatory obligations, operational standards, and financial expectations.
