Job Summary

  • The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.
  • The Field Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting field operations in multiple local locations by providing coaching and guidance on HR related matters including employee relations, contract management, orientation, and HR policy interpretation.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years staff management experience
  • Knowledge of Lebanese labor law
  • 1 to 2 years international organization experience
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
