Job Summary

  • The Nurse Manager is responsible for clinical and operational oversight ensuring delivery of excellent patient care, development of staff, and achievement of team goals to include utilization, budgetary, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide direction and leadership to ensure nursing care is compliant with company policy and procedures, all regulatory and accreditation entities, and manufacturer programs.

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • 11+ years relevant RN experience with Nursing Diploma
  • 8+ years relevant RN experience with Associate’s Degree
  • 5+ years relevant RN experience with Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years relevant RN experience with Master’s Degree
  • 5+ years clinical experience
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Strong IV insertion experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications and Apple technology
