  • Design and deliver technical training programs covering mission-critical systems such as power distribution, cooling infrastructure, fire suppression, security systems, and environmental monitoring, conducting skill gap assessments to target development needs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related technical field
  • 4+ years progressive experience in technical training
  • Solid technical understanding of data center infrastructure
  • Proven leadership experience managing training teams
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating emergency drills
  • Proficiency with learning management systems
