Job Summary
Organize community dialogues, focus group discussions, household visits and mass awareness sessions providing technical support to community volunteers to promote routine immunization, reduction of zero-dose and under-vaccinated children.
Facilitate the referral of suspected cases of AFP, PVD, zoonoses, malnutrition, and pregnant women to health facilities and document barriers to access.
Support weekly community data collection and reporting, ensure completeness and consistency of reporting tools, and support use of digital tools (ODK/mobile data collection).

Key Requirements
University degree in health and community development
At least Three years experiences working in international NGOs
