Job Summary

  • Lead the administration and continuous improvement of our health and wellness benefit programs while supporting the well-being of our team members across the organization.
  • Oversee daily administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness benefit programs, managing enrollments, life events, eligibility files, and billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other regulatory requirements, while supporting audits and maintaining data accuracy.
