Base: $85,000-$100,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and production compensation eligible; Benefits: Paid time off, medical/dental/vision, retirement, life insurance

Must-have
5+ years intermediary distribution experience
Wirehouse and broker dealer relationship building
Territory business plan development and execution

Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree required
SIE, Series 7, 66 or SIE, 7, 63, 65 licenses
