Job Summary

  • The Facilities Management team delivers services that enrich our workplace and strengthen our organizational culture while supporting evolving business needs.
  • This role is accountable for safe, efficient, and compliant management of multiple sites serving approximately 10,000 employees and contractors with an operating and capital budget exceeding $1.0B.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentives and will benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

Key Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent
  • 15+ years operational leadership experience
  • Experience managing union labor agreements
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, DOT, GxP regulations
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt or equivalent
  • Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations
