Base: $172,000 - $202,500 USD; Bonus: Annual bonus or uncapped sales incentive plan; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200, company stock discount
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Subject matter expertise in securing AI
Knowledge of AI Security Platforms and threats
Minimum 12 years technical security experience
Experience with AI usage control and application security
Ability to mentor security staff at all levels
Nice-to-have
History of publishing content and public speaking
Master's degree preferred
One year experience specifically securing AI
Strong business and financial acumen
Openness to reconsidering viewpoints
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Minimum 12 years in technical security role
At least one year of experience securing AI
Demonstrated superior analytical skills
Ability to conduct occasional regional and global travel
