Must-have
5+ years program management experience
2+ years UK public sector supplier track record
Experience with Social Value Model PPN 06/20
Hands-on Social Value measurement tools like National TOMs
Budget management experience over £50k
Nice-to-have
Strong network within UK public sector
Excellent written and presentational communication skills
Commercially astute with procurement policy awareness
Experience in business development and tender responses
Ability to coordinate cross-functional global teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Recognized project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, or PMP)
Minimum 2 years experience in pre-sales bid cycle and operational delivery
Verifiable knowledge of Modern Slavery Act 2015 and UK Procurement Act
