The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information, assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, and maintaining a warm and positive environment.
This position requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves direct resident care, including physical assistance and monitoring.
