Key Requirements

  • Graduate of Personal Support Worker program
  • Minimum 600 hours in Ontario & Alberta
  • Experience working with seniors
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
  • Ability to perform necessary tasks (e.g. lifting/transferring clients)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check (within six months)
