SAP Project Systems and Customer Support - CS (Install Base) expertise
Experience in L2/L3 incident, service request, catalog request and problem ticket resolution
Experience in supporting Install Base structures and equipment relationships
Experience in providing functional support for SAP Project Systems (PS)
Experience in executing or supporting regression testing
Participation in on-call support, hypercare, and planned maintenance activities
