  • The E2E Supply Chain & Transformation Manager will lead the End-to-End Supply Chain and Planning function for Johnson & Johnson Biosurgery manufacturing sites, owning Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse & Logistics, Import/Export and Procurement.
  • This position drives continuous improvement, aligns cross-functional partners to resolve supply-demand imbalances, and delivers operational KPIs while supporting capacity expansion and network transformation projects.
  • The role requires leading a customer-focused, accountable team, championing talent development, DEI, and retention, and maintaining strong relationships with global planning and cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years E2E Supply Chain/Operations experience
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Production planning experience at manufacturing site
  • GMP environment experience required
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew
