Job Summary
The Senior Renewals Representative, Account Based leads the optimization of workflows for high-volume renewal cycles, develops and implements strategies for engaging Account Executives (AEs), and provides specialized knowledge and guidance to partners.
This role is responsible for improving customer satisfaction, sharing advanced insights on churn risks and renewal blockers, and mentoring others in customer-first practices.
Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
