Job Summary

  • Participate in dispute resolution at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) workers insurance stream to proactively assist in the management and, where possible early resolution of disputes, ensuring positive outcomes are maximised.
  • Attend the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) as EML’s representative for in person and MS Teams litigation events for statutory and work injury damages matters.
