Job Summary

  • The Sonar Research and Development Division (SRDD) of the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) is seeking undergraduate student interns to provide technical expertise in all aspects of SONAR technologies.
  • Typical duties may include supporting piezoelectric material processing, characterization, production, and procurement for fleet transducers, as well as transducer modeling, fabrication, documentation, acoustic testing, data analysis, and data display.
  • This is a paid internship located at ARL’s Freeport facility, requiring U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
