Job Summary
This role serves as the hands-on engineering partner responsible for maintaining the health of a customer's D365 Customer Insights environment from data ingestion to unified profiles.
The successful candidate will operate upstream data pipelines, validate data fitness, and perform end-to-end root-cause analysis across source systems, Azure Data Lake, and CID.
The position involves collaborating with architects on a Microsoft Fabric roadmap while managing support tickets and delivering regular service reviews to stakeholders in AU and UAE time zones.

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data administration
Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 experience
.NET C# console application debugging
SQL and data modelling fundamentals
Incident management and root-cause analysis
Nice-to-have
Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and OneLake patterns
Experience supporting multiple time zones
Power BI and Dataverse familiarity
Python for data wrangling and notebooks
Source control and CI/CD implementation
Key Requirements
3–6 years in data engineering or operations
Hands-on production experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
Ability to read and modify .NET/C# applications
Solid SQL and large volume performance troubleshooting skills
