Job Summary

  • This role serves as the hands-on engineering partner responsible for maintaining the health of a customer's D365 Customer Insights environment from data ingestion to unified profiles.
  • The successful candidate will operate upstream data pipelines, validate data fitness, and perform end-to-end root-cause analysis across source systems, Azure Data Lake, and CID.
  • The position involves collaborating with architects on a Microsoft Fabric roadmap while managing support tickets and delivering regular service reviews to stakeholders in AU and UAE time zones.

Must-have

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data administration
  • Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 experience

  • SQL and data modelling fundamentals
  • Incident management and root-cause analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and OneLake patterns
  • Experience supporting multiple time zones
  • Power BI and Dataverse familiarity
  • Python for data wrangling and notebooks
  • Source control and CI/CD implementation

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years in data engineering or operations
  • Hands-on production experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Ability to read and modify .NET/C# applications
  • Solid SQL and large volume performance troubleshooting skills
