Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Steering TGA trades in construction projects
Cost, schedule and quality controlling
Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
Coordination of specialist planning
Knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB/B regulations
Experience with MS Project software
Nice-to-have
BIM method application
Energy efficiency and sustainability consulting
Strong team and communication skills
Customer relationship building
High initiative and quality awareness
Key Requirements
Degree in building services engineering or related technical field
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project management or construction supervision
Fluent German and English language skills
Experience with technical standards and regulations
Technical training as technician or master in HKLS or electrical trades
