Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the MA&MSL team for the assigned therapeutic area to steer medical communication to key opinion leaders and customers, enhancing the reputation of Ferring and its products.
The position ensures therapeutic area medical affairs team management including coaching, talent development, performance management, and continuous process optimization.
The role supervises, develops, and manages Phase IV studies and IIT projects ensuring alignment with medical objectives locally and globally.
