Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
  • Exposure to construction platforms like Procore or Bluebeam
  • Valid driver's license required for site visits
  • Ability to lift up to thirty pounds independently

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with marina, waterfront, or complex real estate assets
  • Zero to three years of progressive construction experience
  • Strong working relationships with consultants and contractors
  • Willingness to swim or wear a personal floatation device
  • Proactive identification of gaps and risks in projects

Key Requirements
