The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in sales, learning, or development roles, with a strong foundation in instructional design and adult learning principles. **

Job Summary

  • Partnering closely with the Director, this role is responsible for developing and implementing the enablement strategy that equips the assigned functional group to succeed as they support revenue growth.
  • The Strategist ensures learning is tailored and impactful—grounded in adult learning best practices and personalized by role and level.
