Job Summary
Partnering closely with the Director, this role is responsible for developing and implementing the enablement strategy that equips the assigned functional group to succeed as they support revenue growth.
The Strategist ensures learning is tailored and impactful—grounded in adult learning best practices and personalized by role and level.

Base: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary incentive and equity awards; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.
