Job Summary

  • As our Head of Security, you'll own the full security program from risk analysis, governance and control creation, through security operations and incident response, and demonstrating it all via compliance assessments and certifications.
  • You'll embed security into our engineering culture without slowing us down, build AI-assisted security and anti-fraud operations, and drive visibility of security events across the organization.
  • The right person has deep security experience with a background leading teams at startups, and is fluent in regulated data environments — health, benefits, or payments — with a track record driving HITRUST, SOC 2, or PCI compliance.
