Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Electrical design and development
Experience with Eplan, WSCAD, Creo, AutoCAD
Knowledge of electrical schematics and harnesses
Cross-functional global team collaboration
Compliance with electrical regulations and standards
Lead electrical packaging for >2 MW gensets
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with diesel and alternate fuels
Knowledge of Generator and Control Systems
FMEA development experience
Standardization and modular design initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Prior experience in containerized genset packaging industry
Strong knowledge of electrical codes CE, UL, NEC
Ability to lead design reviews and manage BOM changes
