Job Summary

  • This role involves owning the growth system across the entire merchant lifecycle including acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
  • You will lead a team of 5-7 FTE supporting merchant growth while partnering with Finance, Risk, and Marketing to deliver scalable customer journeys.
  • The position requires translating portfolio goals into clear OKRs and driving a high-velocity experimentation program to continuously improve performance.
