Humana is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior-level executives in a remote, hybrid environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Summary

  • Reporting directly to the SVP, Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, you will manage, prioritize and complete tasks for 2-3 senior level executives and their organizational needs.
  • To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to perform at a high-intensity pace, juggling multiple projects with a positive attitude while producing a quality work product and maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating multiple systems
  • High level of professionalism and executive presence
  • Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality
