Job Summary
This pivotal role supports midwives to work to the full scope of their practice, strengthening capability, confidence, and contemporary care delivery.
The Clinical Support Midwife provides direct clinical support and mentorship to students, graduates, newly appointed or less experienced midwives, as well as experienced midwives.
The role also contributes to the implementation, and evaluation of clinical learning activities across the organisation, working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Education.
