Job Summary
The Engineering Student Organization Travel and Event Coordinator will assist the College of Engineering various registered student organizations (RSOs) with planning and executing conference travel, events, hosting speakers, etc.
Duties will include working with RSO to secure funding from sources such as ASG; booking flights, lodging, and registration for RSO members; and helping with event planning.
The benefits package includes university contributions to health, dental, life and disability insurance, tuition waivers for employees and their families, 12 official holidays, immediate leave accrual, and a choice of retirement programs with university contributions ranging from 5 to 10% of employee salary.
