Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Current Texas nursing license required
Three years minimum CDI experience
CCDS or CDIP certification required
Leadership experience in CDI preferred
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Nursing or Management
Epic platform experience preferred
CDI audit experience a plus
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Project management and team building skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's of Nursing degree
Current State of Texas nursing license
CCDS, CDIP, or CCS certification
3+ years CDI experience
Leadership experience in CDI field
