The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as measuring vital signs and assisting with personal care.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding protected health information, reporting all accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or unauthorized access attempts.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have

Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs

Report changes in resident condition immediately
