Job Summary

• The Claims Analyst IV, A&E position is responsible for handling a caseload of pending and incoming architects & engineers professional liability claims.
• Your goal will be timely, accurate and customer-focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense – you will actively promote and demonstrate the principles of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ in claims handling.

Base: $85,000-$104,000 (MA); $70,000-$95,000 (NY); $76,000-103,000 (NJ); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus; Benefits: Competitive benefits package

Key Requirements

• Experience handling third-party claims
• Knowledge of legal / regulatory and litigation / procedural requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Multi-state adjuster licenses and/or JD preferred
• Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and ADR skills
• Policy language skills
