Job Summary

• The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients.
• Essential Job Functions include collecting comprehensive data, analyzing assessment data, developing a plan of care, implementing the plan, promoting health, enhancing nursing practice quality, attaining knowledge, evaluating practice, interacting with peers, collaborating with patient and family, integrating ethical provisions, integrating research findings, and providing leadership.
• This role requires regular and sustained attendance and may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts, with potential on-call work.
