Job Summary

  • The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will monitor operations to ensure that personnel adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, that the compliance function is managed effectively, and that the compliance standards are met to the satisfaction of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
  • The Chief Compliance Officer will coordinate with the other officers to conduct an annual risk assessment and to ensure that personnel are periodically trained on the Bank’s compliance policies and procedures.
  • The Chief Compliance Officer will also work with external auditors and internal testing teams to audit the Bank’s compliance with respect to its fiduciary activities and will work with the Treasurer and the Information Security Officer to support the required SOC audits.
